How to cancel
- Sign in and open Account → Billing.
- Click Cancel plan and answer one required question: why you are canceling. One tap, and it directly decides what we fix next. We never argue with the answer or counter-offer.
- Confirm the cancellation in the secure Stripe billing portal that opens (your email is already filled in). The change shows in your account right away.
That is the whole process. No chat with a “specialist”, no discount roulette, no waiting period.
What happens after you cancel
- You will not be charged again. Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately.
- You keep what you paid for. Your plan and any remaining minutes stay active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose).
- Your transcripts stay. Your account simply drops back to the free plan. Every transcript remains in your library, and the first 10 minutes of any new file still transcribe free.
- You can come back anytime. Resubscribing takes the same two clicks from the pricing page.
Pay-per-file purchases
Single-file unlocks are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
