Zoom transcription
Download your Zoom recording and upload it here for a sharper, speaker-labeled transcript with a synced player and proper exports. Better than the built-in audio transcript, and it's a file you keep. Test the quality free on your first 10 minutes, backed by a no-questions refund.
The one step people miss: getting the recording out of Zoom. Here's exactly where it lives.
Both take about thirty seconds.
Tip: Cloud recordings can expire on some plans, so download the ones you want to keep.
A meeting sample transcribed and synced to its audio, speakers separated. Press play, or click any word to jump there.
Zoom's audio transcript is handy for a quick skim, but it tends to be weaker on accuracy and speaker labels, and there's no real editor to fix it. A fresh pass here usually reads cleaner, separates speakers better, and gives you a synced player plus exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, and WebVTT. It's also yours: it doesn't vanish when a cloud recording expires or someone leaves the workspace. For recurring calls with several people, the meeting transcription page covers multi-speaker recordings in more depth.
